I took Dade back to the doctor tonight. His cough has gotten worse, and his nose is running again. I was sent home with a breathing machine and a script for the medicine for the machine. He did not like having that thing attached to his face, but I'm hoping that he'll sleep better tonight. He has to have a treatment every 4 hours. If that wasn't enough, I have to use saline in his nose to get out all the gunk. Let's not forget the eye drops either. Poor kid, thinks I'm gonna hurt him =(
He's passed out now in the pack and play. I set it up right next to the bed so I can see him when I wake up. He spent the day at the daycare and is so tired now. Clint can't go paint tomorrow during the day because of Dade being sick. I've already used one sick day this week, I can't use another. So he's going to go finish up at the house tomorrow night when I get home.
I'm super tired too. Kids are being crazy because of the weather change, but I know they'll straighten out. Tomorrow is testing day so it should be pretty laid back.

What would you do?
My class has been studying about the government. It's perfect timing with the election right around the corner. Who's a good planner? LOL
Anyways today I posed the questions, "What would you do if you were President?" I didn't get the responses I thought I was going to get. Here's what I got instead!
1. I would help the poor.
2. I would make laws.
3. I would stop people from doing drugs.
4. I would give money to charity.
5. I would help people survive.
6. I would rule the world and tell people good things.
7. I would change things.
8. I would make a speech about how we should live our lives.
9. I would let the homeless live in the White House with me.
10. I would give money to the homeless.
11. I would keep the world safe.
12. I would lower taxes.
13. I would give houses away for free.
14. I would provide food and water.
15. I would make people do the right things.
16. I would make the USA a better place to live.
17. I would lower gas prices.
18. I would make everything free.
19. I would clean up houses.
20. I would give houses to the homeless so they wouldn't be homeless anymore.

I'll give a Krause update soon!

Krause Family Update!
If you haven't already heard, we are moving!!! I'm super excited. We'll be a whole 7 miles from my school, living in the city, in the Waldo District. Here's some pictures of the place:
Here's a picture of the living room.

This is a picture of the living room. The door on the left is the front door, doorway on the right goes into the kitchen and then the stairs go to the bedrooms.

Here's another shot of the living room.
Honestly, these are the two best pictures that we took the first time we saw it. I'm going to turn in the lease tomorrow and get the key, so I'm going to take some more pictures, plus measure to see how much paint we are going to need. We picked out some awesome colors for the rooms. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are going to compliment each other very well.
If you want to see the outside of the house, use google maps and type in the address 8400 Summit, Kansas City Mo. You'll want to use normal map view, and then click street view. It's scary how close you can see the house, and the park across the street!
DADE UPDATE
He's a mad crawling machine. Trying to walk now. I think he'll be walking by Thanksgiving. Today he was standing by himself for about 5 seconds or so. He had his first major cold this past week too. I don't think I've ever worried so much about one person in my entire life. There's something about having a child sick when they can't tell you what's wrong that will make you feel bad yourself. I actually stayed home last Monday because Clint was sick as well. On top of that, he's teething LIKE CRAZY!!!! He's cutting four teeth at once, both front teeth, and the tooth to either side of them. He went to the doctor several times last week, plus a call to the on-call doctor. He's doing much better today. He's sleeping in his crib right now! Which is super awesome because with the whole mice thing, and then his cold, we had him sleeping with us. I'm looking forward to not having a baby in the bed.
MICE WAR
Count to date of total mice caught inside the house is 7. OMG!!!! If I never see another mouse inside my house again I will be greatful! We caught 4 in the "humane" traps. The ones we never see inside, it just says house caught, then you throw it away. 2 mice were caught on glue traps (on the fireplace hearth and in the garage), which our landlord gave us when he was having the house sprayed for winter bugs. 1 mouse found dead at the bottom of the steps. Wierd place to find one personally. I think Slinky found this one, and left it for us in the open.
Poor Slinky. During this whole mice war he went insane. One night we had to pin him in our room with a baby gate so that he wouldn't spend the whole night trying to find them.
SCHOOL UPDATE
School year is going good to date. I'm way behind on grading, but when am I not. It's almost the end of the quarter, so that means time to meet with the parents. I go in about 6:15-6:30, and get alot of stuff done in the morning, which is nice, because a lot of the teachers don't show up until 7:15 or later, so I can run copies without waiting. I also have been going in for a few hours on Saturday to do the majority of my copying for the week.
----
I'm super tired, I should turn in now. Once we move, I'm going to try and be better about blogging again. I miss this aspect of my life.
