I started working out at curves last month.  Today was my first weigh in day.  Here's the results:
Bust: -1 inch
Waist: -1 inch
Abdomen: -1 inch
Hips: -1 inch
Thighs: -2 inches/thigh
Arms: -1.5 inches
Weight: -1 lb
Body Fat: -0.20 %
I'm pretty happy with the over all effect.  Total of 9.50 inches is pretty good.  The girl at curves said your first month is spent building fat into muscle, hence why I only lost 1 pound.  I've got lots of energy now that I'm working out.  As well as being able to say my pants are not as tight as they were a few weeks ago.  Still somewhat tight, but slightly loose.
